SCO 2021-2022 President & Vice President Information

The Senior Class Officers work each year in partnership with the Office of the Chancellor, Student Affairs, and the Wisconsin Alumni Association & Foundation to plan both winter and spring commencement ceremonies—including the keynote speaker, select the Class Gift, plan senior-inspired events, and advocate for the entire class. These roles have no affiliation with ASM.

SCO has two elected positions: President and Vice President. There are also three appointed positions: Communications Director, Events Director, and Philanthropy Director. Each of these positions has defined responsibilities and expectations.

All students in a University of Wisconsin-Madison undergraduate program with at least eighty-six (86) credits and with anticipation of receiving their degrees the subsequent year in the fall or spring term are eligible for elections and appointments to be an SCO. Any candidate considered for election/appointment may have their eligibility, enrollment, and application for graduation questioned by the Office of the Registrar.

All Senior Class Officers are expected to abide by the articles and regulations outlined in the SCO Constitution.
